　　防潮型鍍膜玻璃微珠

　　在玻璃微珠的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，將它的表面鍍上一種特殊涂層，增強(qiáng)玻璃微珠的憎水性能。在下雨或者有霧的情況下，水滴不易沾附在玻璃微珠的表面，從而減輕惡劣天氣對(duì)玻璃微珠反光效果的影響。同時(shí)這種玻璃微珠具有流動(dòng)性好，不結(jié)塊，播撒均勻，容易施工，保證反光效果，實(shí)用證明節(jié)省用量15%左右。

　　During the producing, make the special coated on the surface of the beads, to increase the moisture resistance. Under the rain or fog condition, the water is difficultly to attach on the surface of the beads, so it will reduce the affect of the heavy weather which will influence the glass beads reflective ability. 　　Using a kind of high performance organic materials to deal with the surface of the beads. After coated, the polar group of the beads surface changed to nonpolar, reduce the dust adsorption of the beads. Because of the coated beads contain the specific coupling agent, it improves the cohesive force between the beads and the paint, avoid some small beads deposit into the paint. After coated the performance of the beads will be more superior.

　　此型號(hào)玻璃微珠是在普通玻璃微珠的加工過(guò)程中，將它的表面上分別鍍上以上兩種不同的涂層，提高玻璃微珠的防潮性能和與涂料的連結(jié)性能，從而延長(zhǎng)玻璃微珠的使用壽命及其反光效果。
